It seems like I"ve been working with Catherine for quite some time on supplies, logistics etc., but now let's get to the fun part...here are a few sneaks of the 2 classes I'll be teaching :)
Raise your hand if you tend to get caught up in the season that is 'December', and repeatedly think: 'Where did the month go'?! For many of us Christmas is a huge part of the season, but in this class you will learn ways to document the entire month...not just one specific day. Using a fun 6x8" Studio Calico Handbook and divided page protectors as our starting point, we will complete pages for several days in December as well as share ideas of how to fill your album with memorabilia, photos and notes on how you spent the month.
Echo Park Paper Company, Pink Paislee, Crate Paper, Maya Road, My Favourite Things Stamps
Whether you're documenting significant events, your child's 'firsts', day to day activities or even a stack of heritage photos, it can become overwhelming. Learn how to simplify the process by incorporating the popular “Project Life” method with the fabulous WeRMemoryKeepers “Albums Made Easy” photo pages and punches. In this class we will be stressing the importance of recording the small details of your every day, while sharing ideas about how to apply this method of record keeping to every aspect of the hobby. Discovering ways to put your stash of stamps, punches, stickers and other supplies to use is an added bonus!
WeRMemoryKeepers, Crate Paper, My Favorite Things Stamps, Jillibean Soup
Crop & Create Cornwall Information
As for me, I've been working hard to select products to use in each album that are great for a variety of different subjects. It was HARD to narrow the choices down! ;)
Did I mention that you will be able to crop through 3PM SUNDAY AFTERNOON?!
30 hours of potential crafty time...it just doesn't get better.
The hardest part about teaching at events like these for me, is getting the itch to sit down and start cutting up paper lol...but that will have to wait until I get home ;)
Please don't hesitate to register if you are considering...these events sell out FAST, and I am looking forward to traveling to Canada this fall :)
