Crafty Travel Plans for 2013 :)

I honestly don't know quite where to begin...but this seems like a great place! I've been invited to teach in CANADA!!
If you aren't up to date on Scrapbook & Cards Today magazine's Crop & Create events, check out the info + testimonials HERE. Their team really puts on amazing events all across Canada...just LOOK at this location in Saskatoon for November!

Although I'm told by Catherine (the editor of SCT) that I will require long underwear for this location, lol...Saskatoon in November is coooooooooooold and snowy. :) 

I guess I am just very grateful that I have the opportunity to travel to new places + meet friends who share my interests. These events are always a blast and I come away with a sore throat from talking too much, new friends to keep in touch with and more laughs than I can keep track of.

Also up this year for me are LOTS of events with Creating Keepsakes!!

  • Lancaster, PA
  • Cincinnati, OH
  • Chicago, IL
And just maybe a few more to be announced ;)

Again, LOTS of fun to be had at these events as well as chances to learn new techniques...I'd love to meet you if you're heading to a show, so please don't hesitate to look me up while you're there!!

Off to work on getting a passport...I've never had a reason to own one, and I'm so excited I could burst!!

  7. Hi Nicole! Congrats on the great new gig in 'ol Canada!
    Also, just wanted to give you a heads up that I will be attending the CKC in Lancaster again this year and hope to be able to assistant teach again! It was great helping out at the CKU in Stamford last November, so I think this will be equally good!

  8. The building alone looks too damn cool! I would love to go to Canada again. I've basically been to both coasts - Ontario/Niagara (well, lived in Buffalo and went there often) and BC - Vancouver/Whistler Village/Banff - for the skiing)... But I'd looooove to explore there more! Have fun and congrats on the opportunities!

  9. Nik, are you coming to Winnipeg's Crop n' Create in April? If so, I'll see ya there! Congratulations on your new adventure! And yes, Saskatoon is COLD. That hotel is wonderful though, and I know you'll enjoy yourself :)

  10. Not to be very direct, but would you have any idea what class you would be teaching at CKC in Hampton? I am trying to sign up for classes now.
