waking up this morning, i am reminded that kindness & good people are out there...and they reach out to you when you need a few simple words to perk you up.
thank you, for every note you sent overnight.
for every comment on my work in the SC gallery over the past 5 years.
and for allowing me to share our lives each month.
i'll still be on the Message Boards, etc...i'm so very eager to continue doing what i love there: connect with people who enjoy the comraderie as much as i do.
i'd be lying if i said it doesn't feel odd/sad to know i won't be in the gallery at Reveal.
but along the way, i'll still be crafty ;)
things are different for me these days.
raising a 13-year old girl, still working full time, adapting to more travel for Mike and taking care of 2 grandparents who are well into their 80s and can no longer drive/feed/care for themselves has changed my day to day ops in more ways than one.
time is precious.
and i'm considering myself fortunate to have the chance to stay active in a community i love, while stepping back a bit to allow time for those folks up there in that photo.
